Morocco Esports Registry ("MER", "we", "us") is a platform that connects competitive players, teams, and organisations across Morocco and the MENA region. Our website is hosted at regesp.ma.

When you register as a player or staff member, we collect:

Your name, nickname, and in-game username
Email address and Discord ID
Nationality, city, and age
Game-specific information (rank, role, team status)
Profile photo (optional)
Links to third-party profiles (Tracker.gg, VLR.gg, Op.gg, etc.)

When you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content.

3. How We Use Your Data

To display your profile in our player and staff directories
To allow teams and organisations to discover and contact you
To manage the review and approval of submitted profiles
To respond to contact form enquiries

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored securely in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted in the EU. Profile images are stored in Supabase Storage.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
